Founded in 2022 by Inna Post, Ph.D., Post Property Group is a boutique Florida real estate brokerage specializing in luxury new construction, residential sales and investment properties.
Inna brings over 20 years of real estate experience spanning residential sales, investment, development, construction and renovation. Her real estate career began in New York while she was completing her Ph.D. in Psychology and investing in, renovating and selling Manhattan properties. When longtime clients began relocating to South Florida, purchasing second homes and exploring investment opportunities, they turned to an advisor they already knew and trusted. Those relationships became the foundation for Post Property Group’s presence in Miami.
Today, Post Property Group brings together a team of seasoned professionals whose expertise extends well beyond traditional real estate. The firm’s Sales Associates bring decades of experience in complementary fields, including marketing and project management for one of the world’s largest engineering and architectural firms, as well as banking and finance. Every member of the team is multilingual, reflecting the international nature of South Florida’s luxury real estate market and the clients the firm serves.
The team’s multidisciplinary experience brings a broader perspective to evaluating property—from construction, development and market positioning to financial considerations, design and long-term value. Inna’s background as a psychologist and executive coach further informs the firm’s approach to real estate, particularly in understanding clients’ priorities, navigating complex decisions and negotiating effectively on their behalf.
